Redi-Floors has become the flooring provider of choice for multifamily companies throughout the Southeast. As a result of their increased expansion in the past few years they were in need of new business software and IT strategy to continue to meet their growing needs. Redi-Floors is teaming up with Exact Macola Solution Provider, The Attivo Group, to implement Exact Macola 10 along with WiSys’ Agility framework to provide key insights into the preparation, staging, and fulfillment of flooring jobs.
Redi-Floors growth is demonstrated by their customer service reps processing 100,000 plus orders per year at 11 sites. Customer service reps often have to look in five to six areas of their legacy software in order to answer questions and book orders, which is very stressful and time consuming. With Exact Macola 10, customer service workspaces will be implemented where floor plans can be quickly identified, customer service questions quickly answered, and orders quickly fulfilled all from one workspace.
In addition, to the high volume of orders, the 24 to 48 hour fulfillment expectation set by the company brings a very high number of quick-turnaround jobs. With communication throughout the organization consisting of tribal knowledge, emails, and spreadsheets, turn-around time was way too long. With the implementation of Exact Macola 10, management now has the ability to see into the operation and address corrective and preventative actions in order to increase throughput and efficiencies.
